  1. Give presence, not just presents
    A real conversation, a hug, a letter, a shared walk.

  2. Spend time, not (only) money
    Cook together, light candles, play, be silly. Connection is the real currency.

  3. Slow your body down
    You don’t have to match the December frenzy. Rest, soften, breathe.

  4. Notice the programming
    The “I should buy more / do more / be more” voice is the spell.
    Seeing it = loosening it.

  5. Come back to your body
    Your body is home base. When you’re in it, you’re harder to manipulate and easier to connect with.
