How It Works

Becoming the Liberated Lover is a focused 1:1 coaching journey of five 90-minute sessions, held every two weeks so you can build deeper connection with yourself, your body, and your truth.

In our sessions, we work with what feels most alive in your intimacy, sexuality, or emotional life by tracking how it shows up in your body. This builds the emotional capacity to stay with yourself when something real starts to move.

Depending on what is needed, I may guide you through body awareness, breathwork, visualization, shadow work, inner child work, constellation work, tantric exercises, emotional expression, or relational practices. You also learn to recognize what happens in your nervous system, so intimacy becomes something you can stay with, not something you have to manage, avoid, or push through.

  • 5 x 90-minute 1:1 sessions

Why This Work Is Different

You may already understand the pattern. But understanding it is not the same as being free of it.

Often the mind understands long before the body feels safe enough to let go.
The body keeps the score. What gets suppressed does not simply disappear.

It stays in the body, often felt as tension, numbness, contraction, activation, or other sensations. The mind may move on, while the nervous system is still holding what was never fully felt.

Many men learn to live around this by going into the mind, distracting themselves, or reaching for external stimulation.

This work helps you slow down, feel what is actually there, and bring attention, care, and presence to what your body has been holding.

When that happens, what was stuck can begin to soften, move, and release.

And for many men, being met in that process by me, in a clear and grounded feminine presence, becomes part of the shift itself.

Not because I fix it for you.
But because your body gets to experience something different: being met without judgment, without performance, and without needing to be anyone other than yourself.

That too is part of what helps the body relax.

You Do Not Have to Have It All Figured Out

Most men learned early that vulnerability, need, uncertainty, and big feelings were not fully welcome. So of course this can feel scary. Of course many men arrive nervous.

That is not a problem here. It is part of the process.

You do not need to come in clear, confident, or already in touch with it all. You get to come as you are. We start there.
